From this we will gauge where you are in the design build process and then allows us to provide the best possible information when we meet to discuss your proposed project. During this preliminary meeting we will discuss your hopes and aspirations for the build and give you a good overview of the process involved. Once we have a good understanding of your requirements and you are happy to proceed to the next step we will prepare a Housing Industry Association preliminary agreement. This cost is minimal and will allow us provide a full and detailed cost estimate breakdown giving you the confidence to make fully informed decisions.
